Hi, I’m Rosie. Welcome to the Living with Coeliac Disease page.

I’m guessing you’re here because you have Coeliac, know someone with Coeliac… or are a little geeky like me and just interested in the Coeliac research that’s going on!
You’ve probably seen dozens of websites with gluten-free recipes and the gluten-free lifestyle. But what if you find living with Coeliac a bit tough? What if it’s not always easy? What if watching your family eat cake and bread is just too difficult? Or the thought of cross-contamination makes you scared?
That’s what I’m interested in. The psychological impact of Coeliac. The daily struggles people with Coeliac face. And I want to let you know, you’re not alone. I want to provide a place to discuss the impact of Coeliac and a place where you can learn more about Coeliac (sometimes science can complicate things a bit too much, I’m here to make it more relevant).
So here’s my message. Coeliac can be hard. And it’s ok that it’s hard. Knowing that you’re not alone is one of the most important steps in dealing with the emotions surrounding Coeliac. And this website will show you, you never have to be alone again.
